"Who is V.V" is a private tool used by its owner to view statistics of the owner's own social media accounts. It is not a public service and has no other users.
What is accessed
When the owner signs in with TikTok, the tool reads only basic profile information, follower, following and like counts, and the owner's own videos with their view, like, comment and share counts.
How it is used
The data is shown only to the owner, in a private dashboard. It is not sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising.
Storage and retention
Statistics and access tokens are kept on the owner's own device. Access can be withdrawn at any time in TikTok settings (Security & permissions → Apps and services); the tokens then stop working and are deleted.
